She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelino Guerra and Maria Candida Matias; and her husband Manuel Joaquim Pires. She is survived by: her children, George Manuel Pires, Elza Pires Ferreira, Marialice Pires Senal, Emilia Pires Da Rocha (Mario) and Marco Paulo Pires (Kristen); her grandchildren, George Albert Pires, Jennifer Magalhaes (Tony), Christopher Ferreira (Heidi), Mario Rui Da Rocha, Jr. (Melissa), Jeffrey Da Rocha (Amanda), Melissa Pires Zbranak (Nick), Anthony Pires and Marina Pires; and her great grandchildren, Julian Pires, Antonio Magalhaes, Alexandra Magalhaes, Gabriel Magalhaes, Alyssa Ferreira, Dylan Ferreira, Mario Rui Da Rocha III, Vasco Manuel Da Rocha, Liliana Da Rocha and Lucia Zbranak.
