She is survived by: her spouse Ernie Rafey; her children, Andrew (Wendy), Donna (Bruce-Dec) and Ruth (Dave); her grandchildren, Brian (Ronna), Michelle (Matt), Adam, Matthew (Gina), Justin and Zachary (Elliott); her great grandchildren, Bonnie, Eden, Benji, Ziggie, Ernie, Jaxon and Blake; Allan.
Interment will be at Shirat Hayam - Temple Israel in Peabody, MA; donations in the name of Phyllis Rafey should be made to the American Heart Association.
