He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Murtagh. He is survived by: his children, Karen Bento (Eric), Mary Donnelly (Patrick), Jacqueline Jeffrey (Thomas), Ronald Murtagh, Jr. and David Murtagh (Annmarie); his grandchildren, Crystal (Anthony), Jaimeann (Steve), Amanda Julio (Sergio), Alyssa Kennedy (Patrick), Eric Bento, Amy Bento, Ashlynn Murtagh and Keegan Murtagh; his great grandchildren, Trystan, Nicholas, Ryan, Ruby, Rowen, Killian and Capri; and his siblings, Valerie Henry (Jim), Sylvia Stranex (Billy) and Kenneth Murtagh (Lorraine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
