She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Hays and Doris Tucker Hays; her husband Roger Skinner; and her children, Andrea Webb (David) of Washington, Michelle Skinner of Deltona, Stefanie Mathews (Brian) of Broken Arrow, Heather Carroll (Tim) of Bartonville and Jason Skinner (Vanessa) of Casselberry, Florida. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and four great‑grandchildren.
