He was predeceased by: his parents, Garlyn Dover and Virginia Bickford Dover. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his son Gary Dover (Chasity); his grandchildren, Saffire, Skylyn, Bladen and Gage; his son David Dover (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kristina, Brooke and Rose; his daughter Heather Mulder (Dennis); and his grandchild Niko.
