He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Hill and Helen Hill (Madison); his wife Marsha A. Crowe; his brothers, Harvey Hill, Jr. and Timothy Hill; his parents-in-law, Charlotte Gangwer and Perry Crowe, Sr.; his nephew Shawn Vick; and his brothers-in-law, Perry Crowe, Jr. and Jerry Crowe.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Goodman (Chuck) of La Porte and Mark Crowe of La Porte; his grandchildren, Alexis Muñoz (Christian), Thomas Hill and Seth Wilhelm (Brie); his great grandchildren, Theo, Hudson and Juliana Wilhelm; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Crowe, Sue Runion (Roy), Cheryl Yaw (Jerry) and Kathy Crowe; his nephews, Jason Runion (Lisa), Derek Runion (Amanda) and Jeremy Crowe; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley Runion, Ramee Crowe, Zach and Lucas Runion.
