Hayes, Jr. (Tanya Hayes), Spencer John Hayes and Christine Mulligan; his brother John Joseph Hayes; his son-in-law Matthew Mulligan; and his grandchildren, Richard Hayes (Layes Hayes), Declan Mulligan, Maguire Mulligan, Ciara Mulligan, Sydney Batallas (Mike Batallas), Paige Hayes and Morgan Hayes. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
