She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Sylvester and Margaret Ellen Jones (Van Arsdall). She is survived by: her husband George C. Wade; her children, Lacinda Worthen (Phillip), Kimberly Myre (Don), George Wade (Selina) and Christopher Wade (Alycia); her siblings, Pat Callahan and Denzil Jones; her daughter Ladonna Maxey; her grandson Clive Wade; and her siblings, Rosalee Baker and Timothy Jones. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
