He is survived by: his wife Maudynea; his stepchildren, Timothy Joe Stepp (Charla) of Wheelersburg, OH, Sherry Deanna Cairns Jordan of Vanceburg, KY, Thomas and Edward Stepp (Ashley) of Canal Winchester, OH; his grandchildren, Christa Renee Jordan Call (Kyle), Brianna Leigh Stepp-Adkins, Hunter T. Staggs and Jonathan Thomas Stepp (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Ava Grace Bolander, Kylie Renee Call, Alaina Faye Call, Seleah Kate Call and Rogers.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
