She is survived by: her siblings, Deborah Jaze, Suzanne Broucek and Gerald Broucek (Carmen); her nieces, Audrey Scalfino, Alexis Frankel, Jessica Bernstein, Olivia Jaze and Carly Jaze; and her nephew James Broucek.
