She is survived by: her father Richard Starr; her siblings, Dina Dinakaran, Dara Ogbevoen, Deborah Starr and David Starr; and her grandmother Ruth Starr. She is also survived by uncles as well as a large extended family who were blessed by her presence, including her cherished nieces and nephews.
