It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Ansel Stalnaker of Destin, Florida, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Howard B. Stalnaker, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Steve (Glenda), Janey Becnel (Mark) and Kent (Debbie); her grandchildren, Mike, Doug, Ashley, Aubrey, Katie and Blake; and her great grandchildren, Izabel, Emma, Jackson and Adrien. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Fran's family asks that memorials be made in her name to Disabled American Veterans or St. Jude.
