He was predeceased by : his parents, Mason K. Scobey and Betty Gibson. He is survived by : his significant other Nancy Kindig Scobey; his children, Alisa Edwards (Scott), Todd Scobey (Cindy), Pamela Preston (Joel) and Russell Scobey (Leslie); and his brother William Scobey. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
