He was predeceased by: his parents, Samual D. Heath and Doris E. Koski of Waukegan, Illinois.; and his wife Vicky Lynn Heath. He is survived by: his children, Allan D. Heath, Jr. of Port Orange and Patricia Margaret Heath of Port Orange; his sister Judith Margaret Kirchmeyer of Alliance; and his grandson Nicholas Christian Heath of Port Orange. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
