She was predeceased by: her parent Marion Rose Silvernell (Sampson) of Dunedin, Florida; her husband Richard John Whalen of Dunedin, Florida; her parent Francis Eugene Silvernell; and her siblings, Dorothy Burgess (Silvernell) of Geneva, Edward Silvernell of Franklin and Francis Eugene Silvernell Jr. of Orlando, Florida..
She is survived by: her children, Lorna Whalen Balint (Mike) of Dunedin, Florida, Sheri Whalen of Dunedin, Florida, Annette Whalen of Dunedin, Florida and Richard John Whalen Jr. (Mary-Lynn) of Brooksville, Florida; her grandchildren, Fergus Clark (Stevie), Jenae Clark, Lauren Ehnis (Patrick), Casey Clark (Brittany), Daniel Metcalf (Kelly) and Brian Metcalf; her brother Robert Silvernell (Patricia) of Dewey; and her sister-in-law Barbara Silvernell (Oakley) of Franklin. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
