She is survived by: her husband Mark; her children, Scott (Nicole) and Tammy (Thaddeus); her grandchildren, Lauren (Josh), Kayla (Josh), Noah, Brianna and Lexi; her great grandchild Macie; and her sister Wendy Hoin (Prior).
