With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Wade Brown of Dunedin, Florida, who passed away on September 7, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lessie; his son Patrick; his sisters, Geneva Gibson and Anita Isbell; and his parents, Wade Hampton and Sue Eva Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Georgia Marcum, Karen Briggs (Eddie), Steven Brown (Betty), Teresa Cates (Steve), Maureen Mathis, Tim Brown (Lisa), Denise Burns (Mark) and Jennifer McGilvra (Don). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
