Though Howard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E Peters and Nettie Peters; his wife Isabel Joy Peters; and his siblings, Juva, Diane and Glenn (Pete).
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Peters (Beverly) and Gail Martin (Dan); his granddaughters, Kate Peters and Jennifer Martin; and his sister-in-law Barbara Dehil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
