He was predeceased by : his son Timothy E. Lillis; and his sisters, Mary Dodge (Daniel), Kathleen Ball (late William) and Patricia Wojtowicz (late Stan). He is survived by : his wife Barbara A. Lillis (Bennett); his son Kevin P. Lillis Jr. (Robyn); his grandchildren, Ryan Eileen and Kevin P. Lillis III; and his sibling Thomas Lillis (Karen).

Visitation was held on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 20th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Teresa's Church (1974 Seneca St #1, Buffalo, NY 14210).
