She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Fasulo and Irene Fasulo (Gast); her in-laws, Rudolph (Rudy) and Luella Bernhardt; and her brothers, Vito Peter Fasulo and Thomas Anthony Fasulo.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Keith Bernhardt (Tom); her daughter Kalen Elizabeth Bernhardt; her pet Tom; her sister Kay; her child-in-law Jamey Cormier; her daughter Lois; her sister Kathryn Batassa (Kay); her siblings-in-law, Fred Batassa and Judy Bernhardt; and her pet Lambeau. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends that became her family.
