He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Gavin, Sydney and Landon; his father Gerald Sebastian; his fiancée Belinda Gilbert; his sister Tara Thomas (Rob); his siblings' children, Mason and Maddox; and his siblings, Joelle Sebastian-Dean (Windy) and Scott Sebastian.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (421 Main St, Dunedin, FL 34698).
