He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Packard and Irma Towne Packard; and his siblings, Priscilla and Harlan. He is survived by: his children, Steve (Debbie), Susan (Kevin) and Bill (Jill); his grandchildren, Brie, Lisa, Kaelyn, Taylor, Ryan, Chloé, Christine and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Jordan, Noah and Emma. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
