He was predeceased by: his parents, Josiah Miller Waller and Beatrice Monk Waller. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Murphy Waller; his children, Jennifer (John Ricks), Jacqueline and Jeffrey "J. J." (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Madeline, Eli, Miller, McCall and Smith; and his sister Diane Waller.
In lieu of flowers and in Chip's honor, the family would like donations to either the Pasco-Hernando State College Cross Country Team (https://giving.phsc.edu), to support his daughter's program where she serves as the head coach and he was her biggest fan.
