He is survived by: his mother Alberta Sue Epperly; his sister Kimala Sue Epperly; his wife Kimberly Cash; his son Daniel Jayce Epperly; his daughter-in-law Patrice Diana Epperly; and his grandchildren, Olivia Mae Epperly and Jayce Daniel Epperly.
