She was predeceased by: her parents, Elaine Jellison and Keith Jellison; her stepfather Forest Smith; and her sister Kathy Kemp. She is survived by: her husband Jim Hart; her stepson Wes Hart (Jackie); and her siblings, David Jellison (Vickie), Linda Lewis (Marvin) and Janice Van Daele (Alan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Faith United Methodist Church (22045 Co Rd 18, Goshen, IN 46528).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cindy's memory may be made to the Heart City Health Center, an organization she passionately supported during her career.
