He is survived by: his brother David Johnson (Cathy Hickle); his daughters, Christy Burnham (Matt), Jennifer Orr (Chris) and Beth Dion (Jeff); his grandchildren, Paul, Loftin Burnham, Avery, Caitlin and Emilia Dion; and his pet Charlie.
