In the vast expanse of eternity, Janet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Egan. She is survived by: her children, Melissa and Peter; her daughter-in-law Christie; her granddaughters, Grace and Lily Kate; her brothers, Walter Kesting and Peter; and her sister-in-law Janice Kesting. She is also survived by several nephews and a niece; several great nephews and nieces; and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Dunnellon (20641 Chestnut St, Dunnellon, FL 34431).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Dunnellon Presbyterian Church.
