She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albania Ellis and Charles Gordon Ellis, Sr.; and her children, Gayle Durden (Tim), Tommy Carpenter, Steve Carpenter (Mary), Tim Carpenter (Gloria) and Becky Stone. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
