She is survived by: her sister Penny Oakes (Jerry) of Citra Fl; her children, Randy McDowell (Tammy) of Asheboro, NC, Richard McDowell of Asheboro, NC, Amy Hopkins (Michael) of Canastota, NY and Michael Ruggireo (Jannette) of Citra, FL; and her close friend Joanne Cramer-Buchanan. She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, many beloved nieces, & nephews.
