He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer H. Whaley, Sr. and Ople Raker Whaley; Wilmer H. Whaley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Whaley of East Palatka; his sons, Herman E. "Chuck" Whaley, Jr. (Sandra) of Crawfordville and Darrin Whaley (Julianna) of Stafford, VA; his sister Ople Whaley; his sister-in-law Nancy Whaley; his grandchildren, James Whaley (Whitney), Nicole Whaley and Lee Whaley; and his great grandchildren, Lucy Whaley and Sarah Whaley.
