She is survived by: her father Rockie Moore; her daughters, Madison Sapp (Colton) and Gracie Smith; the father of her children John Smith of Eastpoint; her grandson Jace Sapp of Eastpoint; her sister Katie Moore; and her nephews, Landrick Moore of Eastpoint and Haigen Moore of Eastpoint.
