He was predeceased by: his wife Monika W. Ogburn. He is survived by: his sons, Robert T. Ogburn of Ashburn and Michael T. Ogburn of Raleigh. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church (6807 Northumberland Hwy, Heathsville, VA 22473).
