He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Neblett (Martha), Elmer Brown (Tom), Hazel Eads (Walter), John Neblett, Donald Neblett, Clarence Neblett and Sara Mae Baggett (Stewart).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Gibson Neblett; his children, Jeff Neblett (Linda), Steve Neblett (April), Charles Neblett (Dawn Gallagher) and Lisa Russman (Chris); and his brother Harold Neblett. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home (1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040).
