She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Arthur Botting. She is survived by: her children, Arthur (Jennifer), Chris (Jennifer) and Jacqueline; and her caregivers, Susan, Janine and Kathy. She is also survived by two sisters and five brothers, and four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
