She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Gilmore (Terry), Greg Brubaker (Marlene) and Jeff Brubaker (Carrie); her sister-in-law Marianne Griffin; her grandchildren, Tami Shellenberger (Bryan), Tyler Gilmore (Ashley), Brianne Gilmore, Stephany Gilmore, Shannon Ball (Quentin), Megan Brubaker (Mike Plott), Carly Brubaker, Nikki Ausley (Kenneth) and Jeremy Brubaker (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Weston Shellenberger (Megan), Nick Shellenberger (Kena), Josh Shellenberger, Audrey Scranton, Charlotte Scranton, Zoey Avilla, Camryn Gilmore, Christian Gilmore, Caidyn Gilmore, Teagan Ball, Rowan Ball, Selah Brubaker, Madeline Ausley, Kailey Ausley, Aden Brubaker, Gabby Brubaker and Ethan Brubaker; and her great great grandchildren, Caroline, Chandler and Baker Shellenberger. She is also survived by mother to her four children, and later a grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother to eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Betty Jo's memory to the St. Ambrose Catholic Church Building Fund.
