He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Keith Green and Celeste Green (Sallie). He is survived by: his brother Bruce Green; and his cousins, Bonny Berger Vernon (Rex), Vernon George Berger (Jane), Denny Corbell (Sue), Christi Corbell Effland (Marvin), Carole Corbell Hoeller (John) and Veronica Franke (Vee).
