He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph P. Parker, Jr. and Thelma Holt Parker. He is survived by : his grandson Nicholas; his wife Carole Rogero; his children, Kay (Seth Mills) and Jeff (Colette Parker); his grandchildren, Seth, Joseph Mills, Jeffrey, Carice (Schuster), Kiel and Nicolas Parker; and also, Prim and Scott Parker. He is also survived by his five Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St Ambrose Catholic Church (6070 Church Rd, Elkton, FL 32033). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
