She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Thomas R. Watkins and Frances Watkins (Mann). She is survived by: her significant other John R. Kriner; her daughters, Tonja Nicola (Mark) of Fayetteville, PA, Korina Barry (Brandon) of Greencastle, PA and Jessica Kriner of Florida; her grandchildren, Miranda Henry, Tabby Nicola, Tia Nicola, Brock Carbaugh, Coal Carbaugh, Lane Barry and Damion Carbaugh; her great grandchildren, Makenzie Henry, Grantley Henry, Coraline Cortez and Quentin Miley; and her sister Denise Sites (Appleby). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude can be made in her honor.
