He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Douglas and Lela Allen. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Krell, Chris Douglas, Lela Niles, Tiara Douglas, Christie Sumner, Candice Allard and Cortney Croft. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
