He was predeceased by: his son Mitchell; his brother Carl Gruenberg; and his parents, Emil Gruenberg and Vera Gruenberg. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie; his son Christopher Gruenberg (Marcie); his sister-in-law Lois Greenberg of Portland Oregon; his sisters, Lorena Ehinger (Robert) of Leesburg, VA. and Bonnie Rice of Lansing; and his sister-in-law Doris Pierce (James) of Avaco, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
