Omar Atia wrote a sympathy message

“I was greatly saddened by the passing of my good friend and colleague Peter Roach. We were working in the same department for so many years and I was always admiring his decency and good practical sense. Unfortunately since our retirement in 1995 I lost touch with him. I am offering my sincere condolence to his family with hope of his acceptance in paradise in the here after. Omar Atia Intelsat retiree”
