We bid farewell to Richard Joseph Connick of Englewood, Florida, born in Kansas City, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 4, 2025 at the age of 76. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, June Connick and Dick Connick; and his son Todd Connick. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Dawn Brown, Trisha Nolan (Ed), Ricky Connick (Erica) and Angel Connick; his sisters, Jeanne Thompson (Dale) and Sherry Connick; his pet Rick; and his close friends, Sissy and Carly. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, extended family including in-laws, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Kay's-Ponger, Uselton & Lemon Bay Funeral Home (1935 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293).
