In loving memory of Ann T. Kates of Estero, Florida, born in Manhattan, New York, who departed this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Tulcin. She is survived by: her husband David C. Kates; her mother Doris F. Tulcin (Frankel); her children, Erica E. Powell (Cmdr) and Douglas L. Kates (Erin); her grandchildren, Hunter Kates, Emma Kates, Abigail Kates and Brynnleigh Powell; and her brother Roger Tulcin.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
She also remained closely involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation throughout her life, serving as a beacon of hope and inspiration for families navigating life with CF.
