She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Ward and Marian Ward. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rich" O'Neill of Estero; her son Richard "Richie" O'Neill (Amy) of Newark, DE; her grandson Daniel O'Neill; and her siblings, Michael Ward (Catherine), Rosemary Ward Camiolo (Arthur) of Estero, FL and Patricia Collingwood of Naples, FL. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borrmeo Catholic Church (176 Stagecoach Rd, Sicklerville, NJ 08081).
