She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Baklarz and Anna Jean Baklarz (Tolan). She is survived by: her brothers, Michael Baklarz (Susan) of Estero, FL and Keith Baklarz of Monroeville, PA.; her siblings' children, Alexandria Spayd (Jaret) and Krystopher Baklarz; and also Zatanna Spayd.
