He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stull and Olga Stull; and his wife Marion. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Veena Miller (Bo) of Medina and Barbra Murphy (Robert) of Masonic Home; and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Illona Miller of Estero, FL, Nancy George (Eric) of Columbus and Eric Miller of Chicago, Illinois..
In lieu of flowers Frank suggested donations be provided to Collier Lee Honor Flight of which he was a proud participant on Mission 19 in May 2019.
