He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wojcik and Elinor Wojcik. He is survived by: his wife Coleen M. Conlon-Wojcik of Estero, Florida; his sons, Philip J. Wojcik (Julie) of Gibsonia and Michael A. Wojcik (Andrew Fowler) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Anna, Henry and Ethan; and his siblings, Russell Wojcik (Janis) of Fairview, Daniel Wojcik (Janet) of Fairview, Oregon and Sally Heidelbach (Edward) of Farmington Hills, Michigan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations in Philip's memory be made to the charity of one's choice.
