He is survived by: his wife Virginia Weaver (Pillion); his children, Mike Weaver (Jeni) of Monticello and Debbie Wethington (Tom) of Rossville, Indiana.; and his siblings, Nancy Cassidy of Ohio and Bill Weaver of Frankfort. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
