She is survived by: her stepchildren, Rob Urbani (Jen) and Beth Urbani Najjar; her grandchildren, Brianna Melville (Corey), Bella Najjar and Alex Urbani; her great grandchild Ashton Melville; her brothers, Paul Borthwick (Christie) and Scott Borthwick (Donna); and her brother-in-law Robert Urbani. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
