He was predeceased by: his parents, Langford L. Canell and Marjorie Canell; his siblings, Langford Canell Jr., Sharon Keener and Helen Yoder; his daughter Becky Harris; and his son-in-law Steve Grover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Grover and Debbie Hood; his sisters, Beverly Strickler, Velda Wesolowski (Larry) and Michele Muir (David); and his grandchildren, Chris Grover (Amanda), Amy Horton (Paul), Jamie English (Bubba), Caitlin Nipper (Vernon) and Jeffrey Harris. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
